Privacy & your
cleaning request.

What you share

The request form collects your first name, callback number, ZIP code, service needs, preferred timing and any details you choose to include. Please do not include payment information or other sensitive details.

How your request is used

Under Ellum, LLC uses this information to respond to your inquiry and coordinate quotes and scheduling. Our service team may include independent cleaning businesses helping with your request. Relevant request details may be shared with them so they can follow up with you.

Form processing

Website requests are processed through our website hosting and Google email services so our service team can receive and follow up on your inquiry. Information submitted through this form is for follow-up about your request; the checkbox does not sign you up for text messages or unrelated marketing.

Website analytics

If you allow optional analytics, Google Analytics helps us understand page visits, phone-link clicks and completed quote requests. Our event code does not send your name, callback number or request notes. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining analytics does not affect your ability to request a quote.

Questions or changes

To ask about your information, correct a request or withdraw permission for further follow-up, email amber@underellum.com. If a cleaning business has already received your request, you may also contact it directly about information it holds.
